No longer working under Windows 11 25H2

Not sure if a Windows update is now conflicting with Fre:AC 1.1.7, bur it stopped working for me.

It starts fine, but as I can't drag in a file to work with and if I manually add in a file, it just freezes and eventually Windows tells me the program is no longer responding and closes.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times from both the app store and the official page.

Using Win 11 Pro 25H2 and fre:ac 1.1.7, I just converted 114 FLAC files into a single AAC-LC file. I dragged the files from Explorer into the fre:ac window.

ok, so I don't know what is causing the issue on my machine since none of that is working.
