This prerelease makes the experimental PowerShell module ready for public testing.

  • adds the MIT license and attribution to the original saitoha/libsixel project
  • corrects author and package metadata
  • documents installation from PowerShell Gallery
  • fixes native SkiaSharp loading from the published cross-platform module layout
  • validates a real SVG-to-SIXEL conversion before publishing

Tested locally with PowerShell 7.6 on macOS/iTerm2 and in the published package layout on Ubuntu. Windows Terminal support is provided for community testing but has not yet been verified end to end.
