Changed

• pull joins ROLL_CMD_ANYARGS, so flags reach it instead of being rejected by roll's own
  parser (roll pull --format json previously died with ERROR: Unsupported flag --format). As
  for every command on that list, roll's parse loop now stops at the first dash-prefixed argument
  and forwards the rest, which means pull is responsible for rendering its own -h/--help.

Fixed

• roll theme all no longer exits 0 in silence when there is nothing to build. Both discovery
  lists empty made every loop in buildAll a no-op, so the command printed not one line and
  returned success — a project with no Gulp/Yarn theme build was indistinguishable from a
  successful build. It now reports No themes found - ... and exits 1, matching what the
  interactive branch already did for the same condition. Unattended builds were the visible cost:
  they recorded an empty pub/static with no output explaining why.
