Bug-fix release.

Gradients now export correctly to PDF. CoreGraphics builds a PDF axial shading from a gradient's RGB stops and drops their alpha, so every gradient in an exported deck painted fully opaque — hiding the theme background colour and every bg: photo behind a solid slab. Gradients are now drawn as a bitmap on the export path only; the live panel is unchanged.

Also fixes a Makefile bug where staple had no prerequisite, letting make dist-zip and make dmg ship a stale bundle under a new version number.
