When should we pass through scoringRules args and when should we change them. What should this be based on.

@nikosbosse there was a comment from @sbfnk on if we should just be passing through scoringRules args names or if we wanted to change them. We don't have to do this prior to release but we might want to consider it. My vote is we don't worry about it now

I had a bit of a look at the code and I think our common pattern is to always pass through apart from the predicted and observed (i.e they use dat in places). I haven't done anything like a full sweep though so could be wrong.

They have a very different naming convention to us but given that we link to their (more detailed) docs I think passing through argument names makes most sense.
