AstroDeck 0.3.41

AstroDeck 0.3.41: backlog waves 13 and 14.

Why this release: 0.3.40 shipped a regression. A DUSK WINDOW flow left at its default ('Single night') stopped resuming automatically after its first night. 0.3.41 restores the owner's ruling: the DUSK WINDOW option "Automatic resume on subsequent nights until capture quota is fulfilled" now defaults to On.

• Cancel-safe awaits across the engine and the API, and the session report flushed on every way a run ends.
• Tonight, Plan and RUN read the flow as it is on the canvas, not the last saved copy.
• Sun watch treats a dropped mount link as blind and projects from the last known position.
• Rotator preflight, plus a nightly self-test before the first rotating mosaic.
• A stranded guide camera is reconnected at the next frame boundary.
• The sky is checked before a guiding recovery, so cloud enters the cloud hold instead of the recovery ladder.
• Config schema 3.
• The Windows event-loop fault is written to the night log.
• Licence fixes that need no ruling.

Upgrading from 0.3.40: sessions started on 0.3.40 from a default DUSK WINDOW flow kept that version's "do not resume" setting. For each dormant session that should come back on later nights, press UPDATE FROM PLAN on its card (or CONTINUE the flow), then re-arm AUTO-RESUME if it reads off.

Assets: this is a SOURCE release. It holds the release tarball (with the built web UI) and its SHA-256, and no vendor SDK binaries. The frozen executables and wheels are withheld: the release workflow's licence gate holds them until the Player One SDK redistribution ruling is made (#632). The workflow's Windows self-test failure is fixed on the development branch (#767).
