v0.6.4 — Live Agents panel

Critical fix: sub-agents should show in the Agents panel within about a second of spawning, not after ~60s.

Changes

• Live rlm_child_update events paint the panel immediately
• No longer buffer those events until the parent chat send finishes
• Live running children win over stale disk "deleted" rows
• Faster poll + direct roster file watch while a turn is live
