Metrics - Summary Statistics Report for ROI Pref Survey

Can you please create a summary statistics report for the ROI Preferences Survey, similar to the surveys here? This only needs to be run once, not monthly, since the survey was only open for a set period of time (1/9/26 - 2/25/26).

@cunnaneaq How, if at all, do you want the responses to question 16 displayed in the output report since it's an open ended text box? We tend to just assume PII may be in text box responses as a whole to be as careful as possible.

My suggestion would be to exclude it from the report. We could always circle back to this when we have more time if we need to review responses and find key phrases we want to keep a tally of.

Yes! I reran the original report to include Number 16 only to give a count of those that said No/N/Nope/Nothing/None/NA, ect. and to provide the Box link to find all other answers. The no's accounted for over half of the responses, but let me know if I missed any similar phrases to extract so that final Excel file is useful
