An "Anki" button sends a term to SubRead Anki. Other apps can read the terms of a text through a content provider. The list of audio sources shows the Forvo speaker once. The app is smaller: R8 removes code that it does not use.

  • Pop-up dictionary for Yomitan dictionaries (format 3): JMdict, Jitendex, pitch accent, frequency lists.
  • Opens from the text selection menu, the share sheet, or SubRead Overlay.
  • Longest term first, with Japanese deinflection, reading, pitch accent and frequency.
  • Local audio from the android.db of the Local Audio Server for Yomitan, and optional remote audio URLs.

Signed with the SubRead release key. Android 8.0 or newer.
