modded ulaunch bigger icons sys-icon

updated support for firmware 21.2.0

you need sys-icon (formally sys-tweak) in order to changed your icons which you can get here:
https://github.com/eradicatinglove/sys-icon/releases/tag/v1.0.1

this has the bigger icons than normal 512x512

it looks bad as default but i added a theme that fixes the default theme after install it looks like this. simple dark theme
