v2 — multi-tenant Telegram bot

Same polling and diffing, now a bot anyone can subscribe to.

• /watch, /unwatch, /list, /stop
• Up to 10 GitHub accounts per subscriber
• Fan-out is per account: many people watching the same login cost one poll
• /stop deletes the subscriber record
• Optional ADMIN_CHAT_ID mirrors inbound messages to the operator and receives tick failures

Deploys as gh-notifier-bot with its own KV namespace, so it does not replace a v1 Worker still running as gh-notifier. See docs/BOT.md.

v1 — single-account notifier

The original Worker: one GitHub account, one Telegram chat, hourly cron.

Polls followers, stars and forks, diffs them against KV, and sends what changed. Delivery happens before the snapshot advances, so a failed send is retried instead of swallowed.

This is the last commit of that single-tenant setup, before main became the public bot.
