v4.3.9 - Hour Offset Fix

Fixed

• Hourly statistics were shifted +1 hour compared to Energa app
• API index 0 (00:00-01:00) was incorrectly mapped to 01:00, now correctly maps to 00:00

After update

1. Go to integration options → Clear Panel Energia Statistics
2. Then → Fetch History
3. Wait ~1h for coordinator refresh
