Highlights

  • Sync survives concurrent edits. logseq-sync used to abort the entire run with FileNotFoundError if any page was deleted or renamed between the directory scan and the final hash. On a long --once run that meant minutes of embedding work thrown away and an index that stayed stale. A file that vanishes before hashing is now skipped and picked up next run; one that vanishes during embedding is treated as deleted (#99, closes #91).
  • Fail-closed page exclusion in DB mode. search only trusts fullTitle or title as a page name. With exclude_tags or namespace rules active, a page result with neither is hidden rather than shown, in both text and JSON output (#99, closes #57).

Changed

  • _acquire_sync_lock raises RuntimeError on a lock conflict; the CLI entrypoint decides to exit (#99, closes #37).
  • The sdist ships only src/ plus README, LICENSE and pyproject. It went from 1.5 MB to about 72 KB; tests, docs and uv.lock are no longer packaged.
