Ogma v0.1.0

First public release. A minimal, self-hosted bridge from Telegram to Claude Code: your own bot, your own Claude Code auth, no hosted service.

Includes the long-poll gateway, a guided installer (bin/setup), self-management (ogmactl), scheduled routines (briefing/dream/health), skill templates, and the ticket-based workflow.
