• Backend observability expanded:
  • decision_timeline.py now surfaces more terminal failure metadata.
  • Added terminal fallback support for:
    • planning_context_overflow
    • repair_output_contract_violation
    • workspace isolation violation
    • new planning_openclaw_lock_contention
• OpenClaw lock-contention handling added:
  • Detects session file locked / sessions.json.lock.
  • Reclassifies those failures from misleading planning_context_overflow to
    planning_openclaw_lock_contention.
  • Serializes planner-stage local OpenClaw invocations with an inter-
    process file lock.
  • Does not change repair, validation, or retry policy.
• Dispatch/runtime hardening added:
  • Task retry/dispatch path now better preserves task_execution_id.
  • Celery enqueue visibility race work is included after 820d244.
• New operational report script:
  • Added scripts/session_outcome_report.py.
  • Reports terminal class, repair usage, second repair usage, failure-
    summary coverage, decision-timeline gaps, and runtime log
    task_execution_id coverage.
• Frontend observability changed:
  • Dashboard, project detail, task detail/list, session detail/list, and
    planner panel have UI/API type updates for richer status and diagnostics
    display.
• Planning/session API changes:
  • Planning endpoint/session service/schema updates support the newer
    planner/session workflow behavior and tests.
• Tests expanded:
  • Decision timeline tests now cover terminal fallbacks including OpenClaw
    lock contention and workspace isolation.
  • Planner timeout tests cover lock classification and planning invocation
    serialization.
  • Planning session and task execution transaction regression tests were
    expanded.
