dlook v0.2.1

Internal optimization release — no behavior changes.

  • ⚡ Live reload now uses stat polling (mtime+size, ~200ms cadence) instead of an inotify watcher thread; detection latency unchanged, code simplified by 166 lines
  • 📦 Binary 6.68 MB → 6.59 MB (−91 KB, notify dependency removed)
  • Size audit recorded in DECISIONS.md D12: mermaid chain 3.47MB / syntect 1.43MB / syntax data 1.02MB / skeleton 0.77MB

Verified: unit 15 + pyte E2E 96 + tmux E2E 33 all green; hot-reload smoke test passes.
