gsplat second engine (Auto on NVIDIA when gsplat-train installed): MCMC/AbsGrad, antialiased, appearance, bilateral grid. Paper sweep + composed dense init from v0.3.1. See docs/RESEARCH-STACK.md gsplat parity table.
