This might be the last commit I push for the v4 library and build tools.
We skipped the v3 library and build tools because it was a failed iteration.
The next iteration will focus on a monolithic/monorepo architecture, because the ecosystem as a whole just isn't compatible with anything else right now. That said, I do not like mono-anything architectures, so I will continue to build tools made with isolation in mind. The problem I'm facing with v4 is cumbersome maintenance cycles. When updating the library or build tools, I need to sync the changes across multiple templates and dozens of projects. The syncing tool I've built is working, but it's also a bit clumsy. I want something more seamless and easier to use. Like v3, v5 might spectacularly fail.
