Update Qwen prompt template and enhance git diff

Modify the Qwen prompt constant to include detailed formatting rules for
commit messages. Add support for --amend flag to regenerate commit
messages. Improve git diff retrieval logic to handle amending commits by
combining HEAD changes with staged and unstaged changes. Add text
wrapping functionality to format commit messages properly.
