Security fix: - google.golang.org/grpc v1.81.1 -> v1.82.1 (HIGH: xDS RBAC and HTTP/2 vulnerabilities; resolves Dependabot alert #72) Also upgrades all direct and transitive deps to latest patch/minor via go get -u + go mod tidy (aws-sdk-go-v2, kin-openapi, oci-go-sdk, gorm-oracle, prometheus, quic-go, x/net, etc.).
