- accessibility (skip link, focus rings, keyboard tooltip, contrast), responsive/mobile, and perf (memoized replay rows, fixed-radius seam blur) - plain-language copy across every route with hover-tooltip definitions for the few kept terms; deep technical detail kept on the deep-dive; "crowd / sound / mood / saved run" vocab - browser-timezone timestamps; one-line masthead with a warm "feeling" glow; seam-register pulses with the live ops marker owning the strongest cue; navbar dividers; dag/shortlist rail fixes - honesty + accuracy fixes from review cycles: hnsw relabeled mood-not-sound, ablation overlap shown as a count, write-up-not-shown disclosure, dirty-export provenance marker bundles several concerns: the same files were edited across all of them and this branch squash-merges.

Rewrites the showcase copy in plain language so it lands for a non-technical visitor while still showing the engineering: the few terms worth keeping (CLAP, embeddings, reciprocal-rank fusion, cosine) get hover-tooltip definitions, and the deeper detail stays on the how-it-works and deep-dive pages. Alongside it, an accessibility/responsive/perf pass (skip link, focus rings, keyboard-operable tooltips, mobile fits at 320–390px, memoized replay rows), browser-local timestamps, and the decorative hero work — a one-line masthead with a warm pulsing "feeling" glow, seam-register pulses kept subordinate to the genuinely-live ops marker, and subtle navbar dividers. A handful of honesty and accuracy fixes keep the recorded-replay framing intact and the numbers right: the HNSW lane is relabeled as mood-matching not sound, the ablation overlap reads as a count, the teaser discloses its un-animated write-up step, and a dirty export is marked. Backend untouched.
