• CI — ci.yml runs gofmt check, go vet, build, and go test -race with
  coverage on push/PR, plus a golangci-lint job.

• Idempotent release re-runs — release.replace_existing_artifacts lets a
  re-run after a partial failure replace same-named assets instead of failing
  with a 422 already_exists.
• Example/fixture project names are now neutral placeholders (Acme, Globex), and
  the contact email is eric@eamann.com.

Removed

• The bundled third-party Float skill and the internal build prompt — neither is
  used by the server.
