Added

• user_email in config.json — your Float account email can now live in
  ~/.config/float/config.json alongside the token, instead of only the
  FLOAT_USER_EMAIL env var. With an email set, the server resolves your
  people_id and displays your name (looked up live from Float). Since Claude
  Desktop reads the same config file by default, token + email in one place
  configures both the GUI client and float-mcp doctor.
