Features

  • Redesign the role dock and monitor in the dsh web UI — The role dock now leads with the active role's display name and an explicit Active/Base state instead of an unlabelled dot, and the monitor panel opens with an attention verdict plus a plain-language state word beside every phase, so a failed graph no longer looks identical to a healthy one. Collapsed content no longer lays out, animations follow the host's single easing curve, and a graph with a pending approval gate is still reported as live for the human.

Bug Fixes

  • dsh web UI dropped from the boot graph — The bundle patch named the cordis host half with the package subpath rolebox/dsh. dsh-client-modules only scans loader rows whose specifier is a package root or a path-like module (exactPackageSpecifier / locatePkgJson), so the row was cached as a permanent "not a client package" verdict and the role dock plus monitor panel never reached window.__DSH_BOOT__. The shipped patch now uses the package-relative ../dist/dsh-plugin.js (resolved against the patch file's own directory), which makes the scan derive the browser module id rolebox from the package manifest; the client bundle envelope id changes from rolebox/dsh to rolebox to match that row.

  • Record the terminating signal on settle on dsh — The dsh adapter now reads the completion ledger when it settles a task, so completed nodes record their terminating signal and recovery no longer logs a missing terminatingSignal; a broken ledger falls back to the synthetic answer instead of breaking the fire-and-forget settle path.

  • Handle nested graph gates and failures on dsh — A node whose agent launches a nested graph via the non-blocking graph_run is now held running until that graph terminates, a nested failure propagates as an escalation, and a nested approval gate walks the session parent chain to reach the outermost live session together with the exact graph_approve call. Silent reminders now honor noReply with the same waking/silent split as opencode and Pi.

Documentation

  • Refocus the README and move detail to docs — The README now leads with what rolebox is and how to install it, and the graph-engine internals, dsh route contracts, and model-alias resolution move into docs/. A graph_add_loop termination example that described a non-existent parameter was replaced with the real max_traversals cap behavior.

  • Add output privacy and leakage hygiene guidance to AGENTS.md — Contributor guidance now requires checking everything that leaves the session — git history, changelogs, release notes, workflow files, package contents, and CI logs — for private infrastructure, secrets, and personal data.
