• Dependency updated from 602.0.0 to 603.0.0
• New .colonColon token kind (::) handled in SwiftTokenizer — required for C++ interoperability sources

Detection

• AnalysisPipeline now sorts clone groups by type → file → start line before returning PipelineResult, guaranteeing deterministic output across runs regardless of cache state

ProgressReporter

• output: FileHandle parameter added (default .standardError), enabling isolated testing without redirecting the process-wide stderr

CI

• pull-request-analysis.yml simplified to a single job that runs swift test
• main-analysis.yml reduced to two jobs: test + coverage and SonarCloud publish
• Static analysis (SwiftLint, Periphery, Gitleaks, swift-cpd), quality gate, and docs-bypass workflow removed from CI — analysis moved to local pre-commit hooks via Makefile
• Gitleaks added to .pre-commit-config.yaml for secret detection at commit time

Documentation

• .colonColon token kind added to TokenKind tables in Architecture and CodeBase docs
• Sorting step added to pipeline flowcharts
• ProgressReporter initializer signature updated across docs
