BREAKING CHANGES
Time range 'to' boundaries are exclusive (09:00-17:00
no longer includes the 17:00 minute; use 00:00 instead of 23:59 for end
of day). getNextUnavailableFromSchedule and the isValidTimeZone
re-export are removed. getAvailableRangesFromSchedule emits exclusive
range ends. See MIGRATION-V6.md.
