⚠️ DEPLOY FOOTGUN — read before vercel --prod

This repo and shadowmode-calendar are linked to the SAME Vercel project.

The projectName strings differ, which makes them look like two projects. The projectId is identical, and the projectId is what deploys. A vercel --prod from either repo replaces the other's production. There is no warning.

Before any production deploy:

1. cat .vercel/project.json and confirm the projectId above.

2. Fetch https://shadowmode.us and confirm which app is actually serving — do not assume. As of 2026-08-12, shadowmode.us serves THIS repo (title "SHADOWMODE | Tesla Digital Energy Terminal").

   robotaxitracker.com is NOT ours — confirmed by Eric, 2026-08-12. It is a third-party site that was being scraped with Firecrawl. Despite this repo's directory name, the product is Shadowmode. Never deploy to, or reason about, robotaxitracker.com as if it were this project.

3. After deploying, verify both apps, not just the one you meant to change.

Preview deploys do not verify this app. Preview has its own Supabase credentials (separate, ~153 days old) and renders with no fleet data, so the safety panel and vehicle counts are absent from preview entirely. A preview that looks "fine" tells you nothing about those components — verify on production, or verify the logic directly.
