Bug fix

A Begode XWay 168V owner reported the dashboard speedometer topping out at 6 mph (gauge labels 0 / 5 / 10 / 6 mph). Three stacking bugs were the cause and all three are fixed:

  1. BegodeParser treated any tiltback >= 100 km/h as "disabled" and returned 0. The clamp came from the old 50 km/h-class Gotway era; modern high-V wheels (Master Pro, MSX HS, XWay 168V) genuinely set tiltbacks above 100 km/h and were being silently zeroed. The sentinel is now >= 200 km/h.

  2. WheelRepository.reconcileSpeedLimits was overwriting the user's stored tiltback with the wheel's reported 0, which corrupted the setting persistently. It now skips the writeback when the wheel reports tiltback <= 0.

  3. DashboardScreen + WearBridge now floor gaugeMax at 30 km/h so even legacy users with the corrupted 0 stored get a usable speedo until their wheel reconnects.

Tested live on the InMotion V14 reference wheel.
