[BUG] High CPU Alert always shows 0,0% as current value #1830

Describe the Bug

Alerts of type 'High CPU' in the Lite version on tab 'Alert History' always show 0% as Value (or Current Value when viewing details of the alert). See image:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open SQL Server Performance Monitor Lite (Version 3.3.0)
  2. Click Tab 'Alert History'
  3. Result: Alerts of type 'High CPU' (if any present) all contain zero percent as 'Value'

Expected Behavior

Alerts show the real current version of CPU percentage.

Actual Behavior

Alerts of type 'High CPU' (if any present) all contain zero percent as 'Value'
