• Rename vault_by_name method to get_vault_by_name

This will make function purpose clearer for future methods by
distinctive getter naming.

Added

• Add get_open_vault method to config

Sometimes we only want to consider the opened vault, and this function
will simplify that. Uses open attribute from the Obsidian config to
distinguish the open vault.

This function will return the vault marked open by Obsidian.
