What's New

  • The app has moved from using the BASS library to using icecast-metadata-player in order to play streams.
  • Track metadata, if available, will be displayed in the tooltip.
  • Optionally, track metadata can be written to a file.
  • A GUI has been added for editing the station JSON file, although the option still exists to edit manually as well.
  • The "stock" station JSON file can be restored if necessary.
  • When added/edited through the GUI, the stream will be checked for playability before it gets added or updated.
  • A "debugging" view has been added if you want to see details about the stream or check for (some) error messages.
  • The app should be able to parse .m3u, .pls and .asx playlists, although the app may not be always able to play them properly. Direct links are better if possible.

What's Changed

  • As mentioned above the entire back-end has changed so there are a lot of under-the-hood changes.
  • The initial bookmark file has been updated.
  • Custom URL's no longer update the "last station" setting.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing AutoPlay from working.
