v1.2.0 — live forum stats on the home hero

The home hero now shows live forum totals — discussions, posts and members — automatically, no setup needed (real numbers, not typed). A cached backend field exposes the counts; tag heroes still show their discussion count, and custom stats (v1.1.1) override either. Verified on flarum.test.
