v1.3.1 — fix border/shadow/margin not applying to the forum hero

Fixes a v1.3.0 regression: the new border, drop-shadow, and top/bottom margin options were saved (and previewed in the admin Hero Studio) but not applied to the actual forum hero — the forum resolver wasn't passing them through. All five now render correctly. Thanks to Stezkoy for the report.
