Follow-up UI polish from SergeyTS's feedback on v1.4.0:

  • Details editor — inner padding (text no longer against the edges), taller box, and a wrapping toolbar so the formatting tools fit on narrow screens.
  • Links section — more spacing between link rows.
  • Author separator — the middot now aligns with the author names (baseline alignment; avatars stay centred).
  • Dropdowns — now a Flarum-styled dropdown menu (built from Flarum's own Dropdown), instead of a native <select> whose popup used the browser's chrome.
