v1.5.1 — featured badge icon colour fix

• Featured-project badge icon colour (reported by SergeyTS) — the badge icon inherited the theme's link colour at rest (correct only on hover) because a theme .PostUser a rule outranked the badge's own colour. The icon now uses an explicit colour that holds in every state.
