When localStorage throws, task editing now continues in memory and shows an accessible persistence warning. A successful later save clears the warning. Extract typed storage handling and reject malformed records and duplicate task IDs.
Validation: 5 tests cover task CRUD, corrupt and inaccessible storage, quota failure and recovery, reload persistence and invalid records. Production build/typecheck and npm audit pass with zero reported vulnerabilities. Chromium smoke confirms tasks remain editable with a visible warning when saving is blocked.
