Bug 12 (HIGH): isLoraStackAvailable() now captures stderr and reports verbatim. Pods that don't advertise lora_training will surface the actual probe failure (likely transformers ImportError on torch CPU wheel ABI). Memory-gated warn dropped — diagnostic always visible. Timeout 30s→60s for cold imports.
