Maestro 1.0.0
The first curated public release of Maestro, a local-first orchestration layer for Codex, Gemini and Claude Code.
Included
- desktop, browser and terminal control surfaces;
- durable file-based agent handoffs;
- human checkpoints, retry and resume paths;
- workflow validation, output verification and snapshots;
- classified failures and configurable fallback routing;
- contribution, security and issue-reporting guidance.
Verification
- 100 automated tests passed on Windows with Python 3.13;
python -m compileall -q .completed successfully;- known credential-prefix scan returned zero hits.
Maestro does not bundle provider credentials. Real-agent runs require locally installed and authenticated command-line tools.
