Wattbox constantly goes to unavailable #68

Hello,

I am using Wattbox WB-300-IP-3. I updated the integration from version 1.0 to 1.2. After the update, wattbox entities went to unavailable almost every day. After I reload the integration, it can recover. Then, after a while it become unavailable again.

After I rollback to version 1.1, the problem is gone. Does anyone have the same issue?

I’ve got five of that same unit that are working fine, sorry yours are not. Would you mind enabling debug logging and then pasting in any relevant logs around when they become unavailable?

Also are you using yaml config or the Ui?

Hi Zacs,

I am using the UI to config.
Here are the debug logs. I think what happened was there was an error to pull wattbox_info.xml. The call stack was logged. After that error, all the calls to get wattbox_info.xml failed. The only way to recover is to reload the integration.

Hope this help. I will keep it in the current failure state for a while in case you want to me try other things. Please let me know.
