Fixed Go module v2 path in go.mod to use github.com/eshaffer321/walmart-client-go/v2
Updated all internal imports to use the /v2 module path
This release works around the Go module proxy caching issue with v2.0.0

v2.0.0 was tagged with an incorrect go.mod (missing /v2 suffix) and is permanently cached
Users should use v2.0.1 or later for proper Go module support
