Brings the MutaMarket page up to date with the site: rewritten copy covering the current features (ML-backed appraisal, mutation calculator, offers and messaging, collections, public API), the current logo, and fresh screenshots.
Also fixes the GitHub card to point at the MutaMarket org and adds an API documentation card.
