  • Smart Playlist Builder: Create custom dynamic playlists driven by rules (field, operator, value) with live track matching preview and decade range auto-naming (e.g., 1980s Rock Mix).

  • Direct View Navigation: Jump straight to artist and album pages directly from search suggestion dropdown items.

🧭 Seamless History Navigation (#67)

  • Back / Forward History Navigation: Navigate backwards and forwards through app views with top-bar navigation arrows, keyboard shortcuts, and mouse thumb side buttons.

🎧 Context-Aware Recently & Frequently Played (#99)

  • Playback Context Tracking: Tracks played within albums or playlists retain their playback context under Recently Played and Most Frequently Played views.
  • Interactive PlayerBar Navigation: Clicking album art in the PlayerBar smoothly navigates directly to the originating album or playlist.

🔄 Auto-Refill & Dynamic Playlists (#26)

  • Auto-Refill Toggle: Rename and refine Auto-Play to Auto-Refill across the UI with clear status badges and end-of-library notification banners.
  • Auto-Playlist Thresholding: Smart categorization, minimum song count limits (25 tracks), and clear info banners explaining auto-generated collections.

🎤 Lyrics & Audio Improvements (#12)

  • Instrumental Lyrics Mode: Option to mark tracks as instrumental to skip lyric fetching.
  • Waveform Preloading: Proactive audio waveform background preloading with animated loading indicator.
  • Track Audio Info: Channel details (mono/stereo) and average VBR bitrate indicators in the right details sidebar.

🐛 Bug Fixes & Refinements

  • Build Warning Cleanup: Fixed Svelte 5 state_referenced_locally warnings in SmartPlaylistBuilderModal.svelte using untrack().
  • Build Hook Polish: Removed postbuild hook that automatically executed screenshot generation on every production build (bun run take-screenshots remains available as a manual script).
  • Smart Playlist Routing: Fixed smart playlists being misidentified as exact-match genre auto-playlists and pruned on sync.
  • Modal Layering: Elevated Smart Playlist Builder modal to root layout to ensure global modal state and fix z-index overlapping with the floating acrylic PlayerBar.
  • Active Playlist Decoupling: Viewing a playlist no longer automatically marks it as the "Active" playback queue target.
  • Playlist Card Formatting: Added relative date formatting (Today, Yesterday) and standardized card dimensions across collections.

Bundle Identifier Update (org.luminous.app ➔ org.luminous.music)
The application bundle identifier was updated from org.luminous.app to org.luminous.music to resolve OS-level application bundle extension conflicts.
Note for upgrading users: Windows treats this as a new application identity. Installed application data and local settings will not automatically migrate from previous versions (v0.75.0 or earlier).
