In Andruino IDE -> File -> Preferences -> Additional boards manager URLs, paste: "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/gh-pages/package_esp32_index.json"

In Board Manager, look for esp32 and install version 2.0.5
