QMC2 MacOS v244v4 for Apple Silicon and MacIntel

First QMC2 version that has been fully notarized by Apple, so there should be no Gatekeeper woes.
Latest SDL2.32.10 copied into the app bundle and everything code-signed with hardened runtime.
Codebase from Upstream otherwise entirely unchanged.

QMC2 MacOS v244v3 for Apple Silicon and MacIntel

15 November 2025: uploaded the ReadMe files due to a typo in both files. The zip files still contain the ReadMe files with the typo.

Another maintenance update by compiling the unchanged source code against the newest QT5 environment.
Both zip Files for ARM and MacIntel contain installation instructions and are signed by me.

For convenience, I compiled the latest upstream code both on Apple Silicon and MacIntel and code-signed the app bundles. Use this at your own risk.
