recomputable release evidence, cross-platform verdict comparison, and a fresh-mirror public-safety
audit.

This is not 1.0. External observation begins on the publication date. The 14-day, five clean-install,
two independent-user, and 1,000-browser-operation gates remain open.

Install by downloading the ZIP, verifying the published SHA-256, and extracting the single
web-plan-execute directory into the runtime's skills directory.
