Let the server owner give themselves badges

The Manage menu never lists your own account, so there was no way to
reach the badge picker for yourself. The Badges tab now has a button.

Badges: custom uploads and a built-in Verified check (protocol 0.14)

The server owner can upload badge images, give them to people, and choose
per badge whether it shows next to the name everywhere or only on the
profile. Verified is built in: a white check on a blue diamond.

Add standalone-client update checker and Local Options settings tab

The standalone HTML build has no way to know it's outdated. On load it now
checks GitHub's latest release, shows a dismissible local-only Inbox notice
and an optional toast when a newer version exists, and never touches the
server or protocol. Both are togglable from a new "Local Options" settings
tab, only shown in the standalone build.

Add a standalone single-file HTML client

esbuild-bundles the client into one self-contained nightcord-standalone.html
(JS, CSS, logo, sounds and en strings all inlined, no fetch() at runtime),
built by client/scripts/build-standalone.mjs and attached to GitHub Releases
by a new CI workflow. Servers opt in with allow_file_origin (config.py /
--allow-local-client), since a page opened from disk sends Origin: null.
