The support bundle now has everything the API printed. A bundle downloaded from staging was compared line by line with docker logs of the same container: 122 of 124 lines matched. No migration.

Fixed

Node's own warnings and the stack trace of a crash were missing from the support bundle. Node writes those straight to stderr, past the logger that feeds the API's local log copy, so the bundle never saw them. The crash trace is the thing support needs most. They are now copied into the log file as context: "Process" lines, warn for a runtime warning and fatal for an uncaught exception or unhandled rejection, with the stack and its origin. Node's behaviour is unchanged: it still prints them, and a crash still exits non-zero. A failed bootstrap, once the log file is open, is recorded there too, so a container restarting in a loop leaves its reason in the bundle. (#269)

A downloaded support bundle could be committed by accident. .gitignore now covers nexuspuppet-support-*.tar.gz and nexuspuppet-host-support-*.tar.gz. (#269)
