WSL support

When 1password and 1password CLI are installed in Windows, but Git is used inside of WSL, it is necessary to specify "op.exe" as the command instead of just "op". I have currently made this change to the source manually for my install, but it would be nice if this condition was automatically detected.

i see the problem, however i think it would be best to not do things specific for WSL or try to find a (probably) faulty detection. :)

I think adding a ENV-controlled path to the desired binary should to the trick, since you are right: it's a bit naive to asume that it's just op everywhere.

Would that work for your issue?

@ethrgeist That sounds like a better approach, and should work fine for what I'm doing.
