Make installation robust against plugin updates.

The install skill previously wrote bash ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/statusline-command.sh into user settings, but Claude Code does not expand ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT} for a user-settings statusLine command — and resolving it to a versioned path at install time leaves the statusline running the old script after every update.

• install now writes a stable wrapper (~/.claude/groundwork-statusline.sh) that always execs the newest installed version, and points settings.json at it.
• uninstall removes the wrapper.

No change to the statusline output itself (reset-time fix from 1.2.5 carries forward).

Fix token reset-time flicker in the usage segment.

• Don't cache null API responses; keep the previous good value.
• Fall back to the last cached usage on a transient refresh failure.
• Persist and reuse the last non-null session/weekly reset timestamps, so the reset countdown no longer disappears intermittently.

(Monorepo project detection was already fixed in v1.2.x.)

• Fix pane-key divergence between the statusline and groundwork's project-context.js. When Claude's sandbox prevents tmux/ps resolution, project-context.js writes state under a cwd-<hash> key while the statusline resolves to pts_NN (or vice versa), causing the selected project to not appear. The statusline now looks up both candidate state files and picks the one with the newer timestamp, so it always reflects what project-selector last wrote.

• Adapt project indicator to groundwork v2.1.0's pane-based state layout. The statusline now reads ~/.claude/groundwork-state/panes/<paneKey>__<repoSlug>.json instead of the old session-keyed file, so it shows the correct selected project per terminal pane.
• Resolve the main repo root via git rev-parse --git-common-dir so worktrees share state with their main checkout.
