Fixed

  • The per-suite test watchdog introduced in v3.6.0 defaulted to 300s, which killed healthy slow suites (install-config needs 8-10 minutes on a loaded machine or CI runner) and turned the release CI red. The default is now 900s — the value every validation gate of this change ran with. Genuine hangs remain bounded.

Everything else in v3.6.0 is unchanged: the serialized lease mutation runtime, consolidated concurrency libraries, shared credential redaction, atomic test-harness protocols, and the spec/doc reconciliation.
